Can I have my goods delivered to a PO Box?

No unfortunately not. As the goods are sent by Star Track Express they will require a signature upon arrival. We will require a street address.

What will happen if I am not home when the courier comes to deliver my goods?

If you are not home when the goods arrive, Star Track Express will leave a calling card so that you can arrange for re-delivery at a more convenient time.

I'm having trouble placing an online order. What can I do?

If you're having trouble placing an order online, please call our friendly customer service team on 1800 244 032 Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm AEST.

I want to return an item, how do I do this?
  • Call our Child Education Customer Service team on: 1800 244 032. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA number). The Customer Service Representative will also advise you where to send your return. NOTE: You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you will remain eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Next, send your item to the return address provided ensuring that your RA number is clearly displayed on outside of the return packaging.

  • As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be issued.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Unfortunately, Child Education does not ship to locations outside of Australia. However you can place an order overseas and have it delivered to an address within Australia.

    I'm having trouble applying a voucher/promotional code to my purchase, can you help?

    Please check that your purchase meets the Terms & Conditions of your voucher/promotional code. This may apply to the:

  • Minimum spend amount.

  • Expiry date.

  • Whether the voucher/promotional code is applicable to the selected item/s.
